Cavanna Homes, a property developer who work on many projects simultaneously. They frequently require brochures and branding for these which were fairly quick turnaround.
Based on names they had created - simple yet effective identities were produced and then rolled out across marketing materials, lettings brochures, advertising, signage, and numerous social media channels. Budgets weren’t too bad, which enabled some fun with folding and die-cuts. And the occasional use of UV varnish!
